The purpose of my visit to this hotel was to explore the beautiful West Lake and surrounding attractions. I was thoroughly pleased with my experience, but what stood out the most was the exceptional comfort provided by the plump-down pillows that ensured a restful night's sleep. The room was impeccably clean, and the staff's attentiveness contributed significantly to my enjoyment. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the metro and local attractions. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to the hotel for a delightful stay and outstanding service.
